Top imprint, plate no. 131, and letter "I I" block of eight, original gum, stamps are mostly Mint N.H. but perf telescoping in horizontal row between stamps results in some separations and has small area of reinforcement — knocking it out of Mint N.H. category, also some reinforced perf separations in ungummed selvage, Fine-Very Fine, Scott value as hinged
