Nine different unused stamps, running the full gamut of gum condition including mostly full but disturbed, h.r., part gum and no gum, colors are bright and fresh and even some attractive centering but small faults to be expected, overall Fine-Very Fine appearance
1c Buff, Re-Issue (123). Rich color, bright blue target cancel, Very Fine, with 1986 P.F. certificate, Scott value for black cancel
1c Buff, 1875 and 1880 Re-Issues (123, 133). Both used, No. 123 with bold blue geometric cancel, Fine, with 2016 P.F. certificate, No. 133 well-centered, bold circle of wedges and light circular datestamp cancels, Very Fine and not often seen used, with 1995 and 2016 P.F. certificates, a most attractive pair of used 1869 Re-Issues
2c Brown, Re-Issue (124). Choice centering and margins, rich color, very light cancel, Extremely Fine, with 2016 P.F. certificate (VF-XF 85)
3c Blue, Re-Issue (125). Original gum, h.r. and small backstamp, margins to in, small thin spot, Fine appearance, with 2023 P.F. certificate
3c Blue, Re-Issue (125). Unused (no gum), bright color, reperfed at left, appears Fine, with 2016 P.F. certificate
6c Blue, Re-Issue (126). Two bold horizontal pen strokes, well-centered, very light soiling and small sealed tear at top is difficult to detect and not noted on new certificate, otherwise Extremely Fine, with clear 2019 P.F. certificate, Scott value as handstamp cancel
10c Yellow, Re-Issue (127). Unused (regummed), bright color, Very Fine, with 2019 P.S.A.G. certificate
12c Green, Re-Issue (128). Unused (no gum), rich color, centered to top left, about Fine, with 2016 P.F. certificate
15c Brown & Blue, Re-Issue (129). Unused (no gum), outstanding centering and margins, single slightly nibbed perf at lower right affects only half the perf and is not mentioned on accompanying certificate, appears Extremely Fine, with 2016 P.F. certificate

24c Green & Violet, Re-Issue (130). Well-centered, bold strike of New York registry oval cancel, Very Fine and choice, with 2018 P.F. certificate (VF 80)

With 2005 P.S.E. certificate (OGph, XF-Superb 95). Only four grade higher (one at 95J, three at 98).
