With 2007 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98). Only one Scott 445 single grades graded higher (at 98J, offered in our Sale 1202 of the Depew collection) and only five others share this grade. SCV $500.

Mint N.H. joint line pair, choice centering with wide and balanced margins, Extremely Fine Gem, with laminated 2007 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95), this is the highest grade awarded and it is shared by only seven others, despite the SMQ value of $500, line pairs at this grade have realized $800 and $900 the last two times we offered one

3c Purple, Ty. IV, Double Impression (530a). Showing clear doubling of the entire design, wavy-line machine cancel, Very Fine, with 2019 P.F. certificate, our unpublished census of Scott 530a records approximately 141 unused copies (including a pane of 100), five used and two on cover
2c Carmine, Ty. Va, Imperforate (534). Five Mint N.H. multiples, including top, bottom, left and right arrow blocks of eight and right plate no. 11425 block of ten, large margins, Extremely Fine, Scott value as plate block of six and singles
1c Gray Green (536). Mint N.H. wide top plate no. 10052 block of six, outstanding centering far better than nearly all we have seen — particularly for the desirable top position — top center stamp natural gum bend, Extremely Fine, exceptional quality for this issue
$2.00 Carmine & Black (547). Four blocks of four, including left, right and bottom arrow blocks of four and center line block of four, original gum, most stamps Mint N.H., rich colors, right arrow block small crease in top left stamp noted on certificate but it looks like a natural pre-printing paperfold to us, Very Fine group of position multiples, the left and right arrow blocks with 1989 or 1992 P.F. certificates, Scott value as hinged
10c Orange, Imperforate Pair (562b). Block of four, large even margins all around, without gum as are all known examples of this rarity, intense shade
EXTREMELY FINE. A RARE BLOCK OF THE 10-CENT 1922 IMPERFORATE. A WONDERFUL EXHIBITION ITEM.
According to United States Stamps 1922-26 by Gary Griffith, noted dealer Philip Ward purchased a pane in 1925 in Oklahoma. Part of the pane was marked for destruction by blue crayon, but apparently made it into circulation. A second pane is also known, which was similarly marked for destruction. Examples without the blue crayon are rarer and more desirable.
