With copy of 2025 P.S.E. certificate for a pair. With 2026 P.S.E. certificate as this single (XF-Superb 95). Only two Mint N.H. stamps grades higher (at 95J and 98) and only two others shares this lofty grade.

4c Orange Brown, Bluish (360). Original gum, rich color, attractive margins
FINE ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 4-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.
The June 1910 Third Assistant Postmaster General’s report states that 4,400 (eleven sheets) of the 4c were printed on Bluish Paper. It is believed that none of the 4c and 8c Bluish Paper stamps were distributed to post offices, and that all of the examples in collectors’ hands reached the market through the Travers-Steinmetz exchange and the 1914 National Museum trades to H. F. Colman (12 copies) and Nassau Stamp Company (65 copies).

5c Blue, Bluish (361). Original gum with left selvage, which has the advantage of clearly showing the characteristic intense watermark, rich color on deeply blued paper, exceptionally choice centering
EXTREMELY FINE EXAMPLE OF THE SCARCE 5-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER WITH WIDE SELVAGE.
Apart from the very rare 4c and 8c values, which were only distributed through official channels and not through the post office, the 5c is the most elusive of the Bluish Paper stamps.

ABOUT FINE. A SOUND ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 8-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.

FINE APPEARING EXAMPLE OF THE 3-CENT ORANGEBURG COIL.
The 3c Orangeburg coil was made by the Post Office Department in 1911, specifically for use by the Bell Pharmaceutical Company. They were used to send product samples to physicians and were put through the first-class cancelling machine at Orangeburg, New York. Due to the coil stamps' use on mass mailings, many of the surviving copies are faulty to some extent. The most common defects are corner creases or tears.
