According to the BEP, oil on the printing blanket made a small area unreceptive to the blue ink. No blue at all was printed on one unique error stamp.", accompanied by a letter from the BEP

This is the first invert error to be discovered since the 1979 C.I.A. Invert (excluding the illegally released Nixon Invert, which cannot be legitimately owned).
With 2023 P.S.E. certificate.
32c Marilyn Monroe, Pane of 20, Part Perforated (2967a var). Mint N.H. pane, perforations are complete in the vertical direction up to the third vertical row, and in the horizontal direction up to just past the beginning of the stamps in the fourth vertical row, the fifth vertical row is completely imperforate, Very Fine and a rare unlisted error, this defies easy categorization, but the four pairs at right could be called imperforate between vertically, the Scott Errors catalogue states that only three part perforated panes are reported, each different from the other — compared to 20+ fully imperforate No. 2967a panes (which catalogue $2,500)
