30c Agriculture (O9). Block of nine with selvage at left, radiant color, original gum, center horizontal row of three Mint N.H., Very Good, quite possibly the largest block known in either unused or used condition, ex Curtis, Scott value as three Mint N.H. singles and six hinged singles
3c Executive (O12). Original gum, well-centered, very attractive color, we called this reperfed back in 2008 but neither accompanying P.S.E. or P.F. certificate agrees and a check now confirms that it is not reperfed (it also has a Crowe certificate stating sound), Very Fine and choice, with clear 1995 P.S.E. and 2025 P.F. certificates
2c Interior (O16). Bottom imprint and plate no. 45 block of 20 with selvage at sides, original gum, five stamps h.r., few Mint N.H., some minor wrinkling in selvage at bottom right, otherwise Fine-Very Fine, ex Dr. Burrows, Scott value as plate block, two blocks of four and two singles
2c Vermilion, Interior (O16). Top left corner imprint and plate no. 45 block of 12, stamps Mint N.H. radiant color, few minor perf separations at top, Fine-Very Fine, Scott value as Mint N.H. singles
1c Justice (O25). Horizontal block of ten, unused (no gum), couple sensible hinge reinforcements, Fine, a scarce block which we believe to be the largest known multiple of the 1c Justice, ex Curtis, Scott value as unused singles
2c Ultramarine, Navy (O36). Top imprint and plate no. 50 block of 20 with selvage at sides, original gum, one h.r. in selvage, stamps either lightly hinged or Mint N.H., bright color, Fine and rare, we have offered only two plate blocks from the bottom position (both as part of half-panes of 50) since keeping computerized records, Scott value as plate block and two blocks of four
$5.00 Green & Black, State (O69). Unused (regummed), reperfed at left, Fine appearance, with 2026 P.F. certificate
$10.00 State (O70). Positions 4-5/9-10, block of four with top black plate no. 123, bottom part imprint and right selvage, original gum with magenta pen lines (a form of Specimen overprint), left stamps Mint N.H., right stamps lightly hinged, single h.r. in selvage at top, small toned spot between left stamps not mentioned on accompanying certificate, top right stamp tiny tear at bottom
VERY FINE. AN EXTRAORDINARILY RARE BLOCK OF FOUR OF THE $10.00 STATE DEPARTMENT ISSUE, WITH THE BLACK PLATE NUMBER AT TOP.

10c War (O88). Bottom left imprint and plate no. 79 block of sixteen, original gum, hinge reinforcements in the selvage only with stamps being Mint N.H., bottom left stamp and selvage with blind perfs (really partly imperforate), bright color, small cut at bottom left corner in selvage, minor perf separation, Fine, ex Curtis, Scott value as Mint N.H. singles
15c War (O90). Bottom margin imprint and plate no. 87 block of 20, the bottom two rows of the sheet, original gum, at least twelve Mint N.H., few h.r. reinforcing perf separations, Fine-Very Fine, ex Curtis, Scott value as singles
15c War (O90). Top imprint and plate no. 87 block of 20, comprising the top two rows of the pane, original gum, a few stamps Mint N.H., couple h.r. reinforcing minor perf separations, mostly Fine, Scott value as two plate blocks and two blocks of four
2c Treasury (O73). Top imprint and plate no. 12 block of eighteen, natural straight edge with part arrow at right, original gum, small thin spot at bottom near pulled perf, otherwise Fine, ex Dr. Burrows, Scott value as plate block and block of four
24c Vermilion, Interior, Soft Paper (O103). Original gum, small h.r., about Fine example of this scarce stamp, SCV $4,500

Original gum, lightly hinged, extra wide margins and well-centered, Extremely Fine, with 2025 P.S.E. certificate (OGph, VF-XF 85 Jumbo; SMQ $300 as 85, $400 as 90), this is a surprisingly difficult stamp in the higher grades, only three hinged grade higher than this 85J
$1.00 Ultramarine, Postal Savings (O123). Top imprint, star and plate no. 5615 block of six, stamps Mint N.H., lightly hinged in ungummed selvage where few minor perf separations sensibly reinforced, Fine and scarce plate block which is unlisted in Scott in Mint N.H. condition, Scott value as singles
