5c Blue, Panama-Pacific (399). Mint N.H., rich color, balanced margins, Extremely Fine, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95)
5c Blue, Panama-Pacific (399). Mint N.H. bottom plate no. 6133 block of six with wide selvage, deep rich color, few sensibly reinforced perf separations at bottom in ungummed part of selvage, Fine appearance
