$1.00 Blue & Black, Second Issue, Center Inverted (R118a). Bright color, light manuscript cancel, we described this in two old sales (pre-1990) as having an expertly filled punch cancel, though the accompanying P.F. certificate does not mention this — it does mention a "pen scratch" on Washington's cheek, which just seems like part of the cancel, Fine appearance and scarce, with 2014 P.F. certificate as described above, SCV as punch cancel is $1,150

Serial no. 167, cut cancel effectively ties it to back of Consolidated Virginia Mining Co. stock certificate, several other stamps similarly cancelled and tied, each with manuscript "Canceled 10/27/41 H H Forester" or variation of this, Very Fine appearance, a very rare stamp which is especially rare on its original document, Scott value as used with cut cancel for the one stamp

This issue was added to Scott around 2019 and is unpriced. This is the only example we have encountered or offered at auction.

$1.00, $3.00 1960 Boating Stamps (RVB1-RVB2). Outstanding group containing five two-part singles and four plate blocks of RVB1, 175 two-part singles and 56 plate blocks of RVB2, also two complete panes of ten of each, three of the RVB1 singles with minor gum glazing (a miniscule portion of the value), others Mint N.H., Very Fine-Extremely Fine group, we have never encountered such a large holding of these issues
$1.00 Carmine, Trailer Permit Stamp (RVT2). Natural straight edges two sides (all stamps have at least one straight edge as they were printed in booklet panes of ten), affixed to reverse of Crater Lake National Park permit dated Aug. 27, 1950, inside cancel, permit warns that "Feeding Bears Prohibited", permit with some wrinkling not affecting stamp, Very Fine, these are far rarer than the Scott value would indicate and are scarcely seen, SCV $800 on license and $1,500 as unused — since this is not cancelled by a handstamp it may appeal to either type of collector
