Mint N.H. with bottom plate no. 12110 selvage, brilliant color on post-office fresh paper, massive margins and essentially perfect centering, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2023 (for a plate block) and 2024 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98 Jumbo), this is the highest grade awarded and it is shared by only eight others
