Consular Service Fee Collection. Extensive collection in two binders, stamps are complete less Nos. RK10, RK13 and RK26, including some duplication, several blocks including large multiples of RK6 and RK17, the most extensive part of the collection is uses on documents, with a range including RK17 on a passport for U.S. Consulate at Rome, RK39 on a passport page for Istanbul, more than 110 other documents with several different Scott numbers but mostly $2.50 denominations, wide range of countries from India thru Chile, mixed condition as usual but overall a fascinating collection worth review
