19th Century Multiples Accumulation. Impressive horde of multiples and scraps, including 247 stamps of the 1c Columbian, 97 of the 2c Trans-Mississippi, impressive group of Pan-Americans including blocks of 50 plus block of 33 of 1c, 52 of 2c in four multiples, 52 of 4c, 37 of 5c, 38 of 8c and seven of 10c, also some imprint and plate no. strips of three and four of the 1c and 2c and one of the 8c, several of the multiples show imprint or plate numbers, mostly Mint N.H., some perf separations, some faults to be expected but overall sound and Fine-Very Fine, definitely worth close inspection, Scott value as Mint N.H. singles with no premium for the multiples or better positions in excess of
Accumulation With Better Items. Small index card box plus sheet file of mostly unused items, including pane of 70 of 370, also panes of 627, 682, 702 and many Famous Americans, large multiple of 372, blocks of 10, 15 and 9 of C4, unused singles of 63, 230-241, 323-330, 341-342, some in the Scott 700-800 range in blocks and singles, Parcel Post to $1.00, plate blocks of 397 and 298, blocks of four of 399, 400, 402 and 420, imprint and plate no. strips of three of 268, 286, 288 and 289, few other better such as 423 strip of three and 505 single error in block of nine (error Mint N.H.), mostly sound with varying centering, overall Fine old-time holding
Accumulation. Several small boxes and couple medium cartons with a miscellaneous range of material, includes stamps from 1920's to modern, Back-of-Book plate blocks, balances of several large lots that were purchased in Siegel sales and stripped of the better material, still some useful stamps present
Accumulation. Diverse group of items, including two volumes of U.N., also some used Officials covers such as O30 on cover (reduced at left), other various covers including Washington-Franklin issues, first flights and other assorted, some Fine-Very Fine
Accumulation. Few albums and loose items, range of items including large multicolored cards of Pan-American exposition, 3c Bank Note on all-over blue advertising cover for steam job printing, album with cardboard stock pages of used stamps from 1850s onwards, mixed condition, some Fine

Palo album pages of unused stamps, including Nos. 230-245, 272-275, 279-284, 285-293, 294-299, 300-313, 323-330, 331-341, 357-358, 369 (2), 374-382, 397-404, 422, 440, 477, 523, 547, 630, some coils such as 351 (NH), 391 line pair, 446 pair, 453 pair (NH), few graded with SMQ in the $200-300 range, few small faults to be expected especially on the earlier issues (few Columbians regummed), overall a Fine-Very Fine collection
Classic Collection Balance, 1845-1902. Stamps mounted on album pages, mix of mostly used with some unused, highlights include Nos. 9X1, 10A P.S.E. graded VF 80, 7, 12, 17 (three), 19b, 21, 23 pair, blocks of Nos. 24 and 26, Nos. 27, 28 strip of three, 29-30A, 31, 36-38, mostly complete 1861 issue including Nos. 67, 72 (two), Nos. 112-121, 123, 133, range of Bank Note grills up to 90c including several split grills, rest of Bank Notes less the Special Printings, 1894-98 Bureaus complete in a mix of used and unused, condition is very mixed with faults the norm on the better stamps or more of them would have been individual lots, still lots of useful material, better Scott numbers and high catalogue value
Balance, 1851-1890. Scott album pages of unused and used stamps, including unused Nos. 11A, 26, 35, 112-114, 128, 145, 148, 149, 150, 161, 178, 182-186, 189, 211, 212-217, 219-227, several unused (no gum) or disturbed gum, also 9X1P5b, some faults, some Fine-Very Fine, 21 with certificates, Scott value in excess of $9,000
Classics Balance. 23 items, including Nos. 7, 9, 14, 17 (pair and single), 86-91, 92-94, 96, 98, 112, 116 (2), 117, 93 with red Masonic cancel, also used PR119 with tiny thin, some faults, some Fine, Scott value approximately
20th Century Balance, 1922-34. Mostly Mint N.H. stamps mounted on Scott pages, 1922 issue complete and a check revealed all the top values to be Mint N.H., few better such as No. 595 (hinged), Mint N.H. White Plains sheet, Kansas-Nebraska set appears to be Mint N.H., fresh condition throughout, Very Fine
Modern Varieties Collection, 1960-2007. Substantial collection in 13 albums, this is the balance from a major collection that featured modern errors, tagging varieties and other varieties, the tagging collection is offered separately in lot 4530, while the vast majority of the errors have been offered as individual lots and separately as a balance in lot 4529, we point this out to emphasize that this is not the ordinary modern balance of a collection — it does contain regular pages for each year's stamps but also goes into good depth with paper varieties, color and gum varieties and even some modern errors (those with lower catalogue values), also depth in complete booklets with varieties, booklet panes, modern sheets and more, fresh condition and Very Fine, the collector spent substantial time and effort locating much of this, the face alone will be well above our estimate
Miscellaneous Balance. Small balance of a consignment including used No. 26A, unused No. 38 (regummed), No. 38 with magenta crossed-lines control mark (found on various 1857 Issue values and were probably applied as a specimen mark), No. 244 reperfed, small stain and probably regummed, three No. 299 showing shifts of the ship, finally block of 1c Nebr. Ovpt., one stamp without period, overall Fine appearing group
Small Graded Balance. Eight original gum stamps ranging from No. 408 to No. 1056, most are Mint N.H. with a couple hinged, grades range from XF 90 to Gem 100 Jumbo, Extremely Fine, see our website PDF for Scott numbers and certificates, total SMQ $1,175 counting the No. 426 "Pink Back" as normal
Coils Certified Balance. Six items, including 355 strip of three and single and three strips of five of 412 (two with paste-ups), all Mint N.H. (355 strip notes left stamp small disturbed spots from adherence to another stamp), Very Good-Fine, each with 2001 or 2002 P.F. certificate
Coils Balance. 41 items, including singles, pairs and strips, mostly Mint N.H., one single with roll leader, few faults to be expected, some Fine, though none certified these come from noted dealer and coil expert Richard Champagne
Collection, 1847-1901. Stockbook containing unused and used stamps on dealer's cards, marked with either catalog value or dealer's prices from $50 to $2,500, range of issues, mixed condition, few Fine-Very Fine, catalogue value must be tremendous
Collection, 1893-1994. Two well-filled Scott albums of unused stamps, including Nos. 230-239, 246-260, 264-276, 279-284, 285-291, 294-299, 300-309, 323-330, 331-341, 374-382, 397-403, 414-420, 422-423, 424-439, 462-476, 479-480, 498-504, 506-518, 524, 545-546, 547, 551-573, 634A, 658-679, 832b, 1033a, later issues are comprehensive including Legends of the West recalled pane, also some better coils such as 413 and 447 line pairs and some singles, some faults mostly on earlier issues, overall a Fine-Very Fine and very worthwhile collection, conservative Scott value not counting many coils, only including better sets and not including the significant value of later issues is more than $17,000
Early Commemoratives (285/616). Mostly original gum stamps on album pages with a few used, Trans-Mississippi to the $1.00 the 10c-$1.00 are used, Pan-American complete, 1904-09 issues complete, Panama-Pacific to No. 403 with some extras, 1919-24 issues, Fine-Very Fine
Plate Block Collection, 1893-1939. Extensive collection of plate blocks of four or six in an album and stock book, earliest is No. 230 and continues thru 1939 and Back-of-Book, a number of blocks catalogue more than $1,000, highlights include Nos. 230, 246-247, 287, 289 (toned), 325-327, 330 (regummed), 369 (multiple h.r., small thin on one, with P.S.E. certificate), many others in the low to mid-hundreds catalogue value, Air Post including Nos. C1-C2, C4, C18, many are Mint N.H. and the collector put post-it notes next to each one with gum condition (some may not be accurate), some faults to be expected on the better plate blocks, overall mostly Fine, Scott value exceeds $30,000
Plate Blocks Balance. 20, including Nos. 230, 233, 267 (2), 268, 281, 286-288, 294, 340, 370 (2), 372, 463, 548-550, 620-621, few Mint N.H., few faults, overall fresh and Fine-Very Fine, an attractive group
Plate Number Singles Collection. Stock pages of unused singles and blocks, each with top plate number selvage, including Nos. 212, 216, 225, 229, 1c-5c and 8c Columbians, nice group of 1894-95 Bureaus, Trans-Mississippi to 50c, Pan-Americans, 306-309, 323-330, 397-403, 480, 523, 524, 547, 551-573, 634A, C1-C23 (C14 with natural gum crease), block of four of C1, plate block of C4, two plate blocks of C23a (different plate nos.), nice group of Special Delivery and Postage Due, Q1-Q12, also including a few top arrow blocks, some Mint N.H., some Very Fine, a remarkable collection, a few with certificates, also includes a few first day covers
