3c Deep Violet, Bluish (359). Mint N.H., rich color on deeply blued paper, attractive margins and centering
VERY FINE AND RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 3-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.
This stamp in Mint N.H. condition in any grade of centering is rare — we have only offered about a half-dozen different examples since keeping computerized records.
With 1986 P.F. and 2015 P.S.E. certificates.
3c Deep Violet, Bluish (359). Original gum, h.r., intense shade on deeply blued paper, far better centering than normally seen on this difficult issue

4c Orange Brown, Bluish (360). Original gum, lightly hinged, deep rich color on nicely blued paper
FINE ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 4-CENT WASHINGTON ON BLUISH PAPER.
The June 1910 Third Assistant Postmaster General's report states that 4,400 (eleven sheets) of the 4c were printed on Bluish Paper. It is believed that none of the 4c and 8c Bluish Paper stamps were distributed to post offices, and that all of the examples in collectors' hands reached the market through the Travers-Steinmetz exchange and the 1914 National Museum trades to H. F. Colman (12 copies) and Nassau Stamp Company (65 copies).

5c Blue, Bluish (361). Mint N.H., rich color on nicely blued paper
FRESH AND FINE. A SCARCE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 5-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.
The 5c is the rarest of the regularly issued Bluish Paper stamps. It is particularly elusive in Mint N.H. condition. The 4c and 8c were not issued thru post offices.

8c Olive Green, Bluish (363). Original gum with small bit of disturbance at top mentioned for accuracy but not noted on certificate, lovely color on deeply blued paper, very well-centered for this difficult issue, tiny natural inclusion at right as often seen on genuine Bluish Paper stamps

10c Yellow, Bluish (364). Original gum, we believe barely hinged though accompanying certificate states Mint N.H., intense shade and impression, Very Fine and choice, with 2001 P.S.E. certificate as Mint N.H.
