The 2c Dark Blue on Bluish paper (Scott 17) was printed after Scott 18 and before Scott 20. It is one of the rarest of all Numeral Issues in either unused or used condition, and almost all known examples have small faults.

A Power Search review of the more than 142 unused and used singles offered in our past auctions reveals the rarity of this issue with four large margins in sound condition.
