With 1997 P.F. and 2021 P.S.E. certificates, both showing selvage at bottom which has been removed (Superb 98 Jumbo). Only a Gem 100 and a 100J (2016 Rarities sale) grade higher and no others share this grade.

A review using Power Search reveals no other cancellations which compare to the Minneapolis circular datestamp offered here. Nearly all have wavy-line or registry cancels. The fact that this stamp also features remarkable centering and overall freshness makes it the finest example we have seen or offered in our auctions.
Ex Helton. With 2013 P.F. (Superb 98) and P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98). This is the highest grade recorded and it is shared by only two others. We have offered both of the other 98s and they have machine cancels.
