1867-68 Better Grills (84/101). Ten stamps, one ungrilled No. 63 with original gum, the other nine used including Nos. 84, 85C, 85E, 89, 91, 95, 99-101, faults and centering issues essentially throughout, Very Good-Fine appearance, Scott value $18,750
Balance, 1869 Pictorials and Re-Issue. Home made album pages of unused and used stamps, including unused Nos. 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, used including 112-122 with some duplication showing different cancels, for Re-Issues better items include 127 used (faulty), 127-132 unused, also 133 and 133a, mixed condition, some Fine with a few Very Fine, several with certificates
Bank Note Issues Collection. Comprehensive collection on Scott album pages, including nice group of covers with two Waterbury geometrics, pages of various cancels including NYFM and others such as wheel of fortune, cover addressed to Clara Barton in N.J., also pages by issue with several better such as 139 with 1995 APS cert, 141 with 1995 APS cert, 143 with 1997 APS cert, 144 with 1986 PFC, ends with 229, some cancels not genuine, it's possible some of the items noted with older certificates may not get genuine certificates today, mixed condition, some Fine, worth close inspection

1c Columbian, 1c-2c Trans-Mississippi (230, 285-286). Imprint and plate no. blocks, No. 230 plate no. 198 block of six, original gum, appears Mint N.H. but some perf strengthening knocks it out of that category for us, small tear in selvage and erased pencil notation, appears Very Fine, No. 285 plate no. 592 block of six, original gum, lightly hinged, Very Fine, No. 286 Mint N.H. plate no. 678 block of eight with corner selvage, areas of wide gum skips, Fine
Dollar-Value Columbian and Trans-Mississippi Issues (241-242, 244-245, 293). Seven unused stamps including Columbian $1.00, $2.00 (two), $4.00 and 5.00 (two), plus $2.00 Trans-Mississippi, mostly if not all regummed, couple small faults and one $5.00 reperfed, appear Fine, the $1.00 appears Very Fine, Scott value as all regummed, though one or two may have original gum
$1.00-$5.00 Columbian (241-245). Original gum, $1.00 part, $5.00 sweated, rich colors, first two thin spots, otherwise Fine, each with 2006-2010 A.P.S. certificate

Including $1.00-$2.00 Columbian and 50c-$1.00 Trans-Mississippi, bold cancels, the $1.00 Columbian defective and repaired, the $2.00 Columbian with smaller faults, the $1.00 Trans-Mississippi with straight edge at left, overall Fine-Very Fine or appear so

1894-98 Bureau Issues. Two Lindner pages with nearly complete sets of unwatermarked, watermarked and change of colors issues, missing a few lower or mid values but all the dollar values are present with original gum (276A appears regummed), slightly mixed condition and centering with the unwatermarked $2.00 and $5.00 perfs in on a side, the dollar values watermarked a bit better centered, overall Very Good-Fine with some Very Fine, a very presentable group with all the dollar values, Scott Retail exceeds $15,000
