EXTREMELY FINE. A CHOICE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE FIRST UNITED STATES SPECIAL DELIVERY STAMP.
With 2009 P.F. certificate (XF 90). This is surprisingly difficult to obtain in higher grades in Mint N.H. condition. For example, for P.S.E.-graded the last time we offered an example graded 90 or above was when we offered one graded 90 in 2013 (not including the highest and only 98 which recently sold for $60,000).
