Population Report at this perfect grade

1c-5c Lexington-Concord (617-619). Mint N.H. set, deep rich colors and proof-like impressions, 1c with bottom selvage, perfectly centered, Extremely Fine Gems, with 2008, 2016 or 2022 P.SE. certificate (Superb 98), a rare opportunity to acquire the entire set graded 98
13c Green, 17c Black (622, 623). Mint N.H., rich colors, wide and balanced margins, Extremely Fine Gems, with 2021 and 2022 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98), an excellent opportunity to acquire the two additional denominations of the set in very high grades
2c Carmine Rose, White Plains Souvenir Sheet (630). Mint N.H. brilliant color, unusually choice centering, completely free from the usual natural gum skips and bends that can plague this issue, Extremely Fine Gem, one of the finest we have ever encountered
7c Black, Vertical Pair, Imperforate Between (639a). Mint N.H. with selvage at left, fresh and Very Fine, quite scarce, according to Gary Griffith, this variety was first reported in 1939, the postmaster in a small town near Cleveland was annoyed that several panes had some rows of perforations missing, he cut some apart by hand and then gave up, throwing them in a box which was later purchased by a stamp collector, rumored to be Karl Koslowski (of Scott 314A fame), it is believed that about 20 pairs and two blocks of four were purchased
4c Kans. Ovpt. (662). Mint N.H., rich color and detailed impression, exceptional centering with Jumbo margins, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2015 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo), only one stamp exceeds this grade (at 100, last offered in 2019), only six others share this desirable grade
9c Nebr. Ovpt. (678). Mint N.H., radiant color, mathematically precise centering
EXTREMELY FINE GEM MINT NEVER HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 9-CENT NEBRASKA OVERPRINT, WITH THE PERFECT P.S.E. GRADE OF GEM 100.
With 2016 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100). Only two others share this perfect grade, which is the highest awarded.
