10c Yellow (116). Brilliant color, choice centering with wide and balanced margins, neat strike of rosette cancel at bottom, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2011 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95), only five grade higher (three at 95J, two at 98)
10c Yellow (116). Horizontal pair, Vibrant color, each with neat "X" cancel, probably Japan origin, Very Fine and attractive, with 1997 A.P.S. certificate stating "with what appears to be the postal markings by the U.S. in Japan", with 1998 P.F. certificate declining opinion as to origin of the cancels, for many years the P.F. refused to opine as to the origin of these cancels, additional research has cleared up any misgivings and we believe a new opinion would specify these as Japan cancels, Scott value with Japan cancels
12c Green (117). Bright shade and crisp impression, well-proportioned margins, neat central strike of purple cork cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, desirable with the distinctive colored cancel, ex Eubanks, "Golden Oak" and Morton, with 1999 and 2019 P.F. certificates (XF-Superb 95)

24c Green & Violet (120). Rich colors on bright paper, cork cancel leaves entire design clearly visible, Very Fine, with 1997 P.F. and 2021 P.S.E. certificates (F-VF 75), this grade seems unduly harsh to us
30c Ultramarine & Carmine (121). Wide margins, beautifully centered, bright colors, light unobtrusive cancel, Extremely Fine, with 1999 and 2006 P.F. certificates (XF 90)
90c Carmine & Black (122). Bright shade, choice centering and margins, circle of wedges cancel
extremely fine used example of the 90-cent 1869 pictorial issue.
