Martin Van Buren. Autograph free frank "Free M. Van Buren" as ex-president on cover addressed in his hand to Albany N.Y., neat "Kinderhook N.Y. Dec. 18" circular datestamp with "FREE" handstamp, few small toned spots, Very Fine, Van Buren bought a 36-room mansion at Kinderhook while president but did not move there until after his defeat in 1841 by William Henry Harrison, he died there in 1862
