Shanghai China" printed return address on backflap, stamp with tiny pre-use wrinkle, cover with small edge flaws, still Fine, possibly a unique use of No. 546 from Shanghai, it is doubtful any supplies of this rotary waste stamp were sent to Shanghai, most likely the stamp was brought over privately, we have offered only three No. 546 on cover from any origin since keeping computerized records
