Nov. 11" circular datestamps on 1860 circular to Lyon, France, where turned and used again to Bourgoin, with France, 1854, 20c Blue (15), four margins, tied by dotted diamond cancel, folded to show both frankings, Fine, unusual and rare use, ex Kapiloff and Bailar, with 1992 P.F. certificate
