3c Pigeon Blood Pink (64a). Color that appears to us to be bright, and with the bluish cast seen on this shade, but called "slightly faded" on most recent certificate, tied by "New-York Sep. 25, 1861" circular datestamp on cover with printed return address to Dubuque Iowa, Very Fine appearance, with clear 1995 P.F. certificate, with 2020 P.F. certificate confirming the stamp is Pigeon Blood Pink but with the comment on the color fading, Scott value on cover $5,000.00
