Steamboat and Waterway Uses of 3c Entires. 38 3c entires (U58 or U59), each with a feature related to steamboats, packets and inland waterways, many with name-of-boat handstamps showing a nice range, including fancy St. Nicholas blue shield, two Stonewall Jackson, News Boy New Orleans, Regular Ouachita River Packet, Wade Hampton, R.E. Lee, Weekly Packet Frolic, Red River Bartable, Packet Rapides, Gov.
