Blood's Penny Post, Philadelphia Pa. (15L13-15L18). Group of nine covers, seven show the full range of the Blood's small format stamps and five of these are used with a 3c 1851 issue, two are placed next to the 3c stamp and are therefore tied by the Philadelphia post office circular datestamp, also two of the Henry Clay design (15L18), including one used with 3c 1857 issue, a few small stamp or cover faults but overall a Fine group, see our website PDF
