Ample margins except in at upper right, small tear and slight toning at bottom, manuscript cancel, used with 3c Dull Red, Ty. III (26) tied by "Saint Louis Mo. Jul. 28, 1859" circular datestamp on buff cover to Steubenville O., original letter enclosure datelined July 27 from St. Louis, small cover tear to right of 3c stamp does not affect it, Very Fine appearance, the imperforate stamp used during Squier & Co.'s ownership is rare on cover, we estimate 8-10 covers extant, ex Stimmell, with 2011 P.F. certificate
