Bottom left corner sheet margins, full to ample other sides, cancelled by double-struck blue "Free" handstamps, matching "Wells Fargo Express Sacramento" oval on illustrated Winfield Scott campaign corner card cover to San Francisco, design depicts a raccoon fighting with a chicken on its back, minor corner wear not mentioned on accompanying certificate, Very Fine, we did not dig extensively to determine the meaning of this design, but Scott was known as "Old Fuss and Feathers", with 2020 P.F. certificate
