Ex Henson. With 2008 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $3,850.00). Only one grades higher (at 100) and three share this grade. The SMQ value for this stamp, which has remained unchanged since at least 2017, is woefully low. Each of the 98 Jumbo Scott 403s we have offered have realized hammer prices between $6,750 and $10,000.
