EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A STUNNING USED EXAMPLE OF THE 3-CENT 1851 ISSUE IN THE CLARET SHADE. ONE OF ONLY SIX EXAMPLES TO ACHIEVE THE PERFECT GRADE OF GEM 100 JUMBO BY THE P.S.E.
