EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A MAGNIFICENT MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 3-CENT COLUMBIAN ISSUE, GRADED GEM 100 BY P.S.E. ONLY TWO GRADE HIGHER AND ONE OTHER SHARES THIS DESIRABLE GRADE.

With 1986 P.F. and 2013 P.S.E. certificates (Gem 100). Only two grade higher at 100J (we sold one in 2019 for $15,000 hammer). One other shares this perfect grade (we have never offered it).
