EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB EXAMPLE OF THE 2-CENT 1895 TYPE II WATERMARKED BUREAU ISSUE.

Ex Whitman. With 1998 P.F. and 2008 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo). Only seven grade higher (all at 98) and no others share this Jumbo grade.
