EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SPECTACULAR MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 2-CENT 1895 TYPE III WATERMARKED ISSUE, WITH THE PERFECT GRADE OF GEM 100 FROM P.S.E.

With 2012 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100). This is the highest grade awarded by P.S.E. to a Scott 267 in any condition. Only two other Mint N.H. stamps have achieved this grade.
