EXTREMELY FINE GEM. AM ABSOLUTELY STUNNING MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1895 8-CENT WATERMARKED BUREAU ISSUE, GRADED SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E.

Ex Zoellner. With 1984 and 1998 P.F. and 2021 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98). Only one grades higher (at 98J) and three others share this desirable grade. As an indicator of its scarcity in higher grades, we have never offered the 98J, this is the first time we have offered one graded 98, and the last time we offered one graded 95J was in 2013.
