EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A MAGNIFICENT MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1895 10-CENT WATERMARKED BUREAU ISSUE. AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT STAMP TO FIND IN SUCH SUPERB CONDITION AND A TRUE CONDITION RARITY.

Ex "Scarsdale" and "Hanover". With 1984 and 1999 P.F. certificates. With 2004 and 2025 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95). Only three grade higher in the P.S.E. Population Report (one 95J and two at 98).
