EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A MAGNIFICENT MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1898 5-CENT UNWATERMARKED BUREAU ISSUE, GRADED SUPERB 98 JUMBO BY P.S.E. — THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED AND THE ONLY TO ACHIEVE IT.

Ex "Beverly Hills". With 1997 P.F. certificate. With 2008 and 2025 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98 Jumbo). This is the highest grade awarded and it is the only example to reach this desirable grade.
