EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A MAGNIFICENT MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 10-CENT TYPE II 1898 ISSUE. THIS AMAZING STAMP IS GRADED SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E. — THIS IS THE HIGHEST GRADE ON RECORD, SHARED BY ONLY ONE OTHER STAMP.

Ex "Hanover". With 2012 and 2025 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98). This is the highest grade awarded and only one other shares it (without selvage). The next-highest grade is a single copy at 95.
