EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB STAMP, GRADE GEM 100 BY P.S.E. — ONLY TWO GRADE HIGHER AND ONLY THREE OTHERS SHARE THIS PERFECT GRADE.

With 2011 and 2025 P.S.E. certificates (Gem 100). Only two grade higher and only three others share this perfect grade. These are very low population numbers.
