EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A STUNNING USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1863 24-CENT IN THE LILAC SHADE.

With 2003 P.F., 2006 and 2016 P.S.E. certificates (both XF-Superb 95). Only four used stamps grade higher (highest is 98J)
