90c Blue (39). Original gum, lightly hinged, deep rich color on bright paper with plate burr at top, choice centering with unusually wide margins

EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 90-CENT 1860 ISSUE

With 2009 P.S.E. certificate (OGph, XF 90 Jumbo). Only six grade higher (highest is 95). This is the only example to achieve this grade and also the only example to be graded Jumbo in any grade.
