With 2006 and 2012 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95, unpriced in SMQ in Mint N.H. condition). This is the highest grade awarded and only three others share it. The last we offered in this grade was in our 2009 Whitman auction. The number of stamps awarded this grade has increased by only one in the past 16 years.
