Mint N.H., deep rich color on bright paper, almost perfectly centered with wide margins, Extremely Fine Gem, with 1999 and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95), this is surprisingly difficult to obtain in such superb condition, only two grade higher — at 98J (last sold by us in 2016) and 100J (never sold by us) and two others share this grade
