Position 9L1L, recut twice at bottom (eleven such recuts on plate), huge margins all around including sheet margin at top and part of adjoining stamp at bottom, deep rich color nicely contrasted by red "Paid/U.S. Mail/City Delivery/1 Apr. 7" one-cent integral-rate New York City carrier datestamp, Extremely Fine Gem, a magnificent example of the 1c 1851 with red New York City carrier datestamp, with 1975 and 2004 P.F. certificates, and 2006 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98)
