Brilliant color, near mathematical perfect centering with well-balanced margins, perfect strike of double-circle datestamp, Extremely Fine Gem, a beautiful stamp, ex Twigg-Smith and Kirke, with 2002 P.F. certificate as Dull Red, with 2008 P.S.E. certificate as Claret (Superb 98), only three Scott 26 stamps grade higher in used condition, SMQ value as normal Dull Red shade
