3c Brown Red (65 var). Rich color, essentially perfect centering, clearly struck "Paid 3" in arc cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2005 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98), only twelve other used Scott 65's share this grade with any type of cancel, while just one grades higher (at 100, offered in Sale 1328), these are miniscule numbers for such a common stamp
